Founded in 2010 with a total area of over 40,000m2, in ? of the area dedicated to the lush environment, we planted forest flowers, orchids and tropical fruit trees characteristics. Chez Carole Resort have 51 of guest rooms with luxury bungalow in the classical style, all the rooms have a good view : garden view, river view and sea views. Stay at Chez Carole you have a true atmosphere of relaxed elegance all year round. Tucked away on the strait of Cua Can gulf, has the longest private beach in Phu Quoc island, north adjacent to natural forests, west and southwest bordering the sea, eastward to the Cua Can river. Chez Carole resort & restaurant is certainly the nicest place to stay, get away from the hustle of the city, you will enjoy all the modern facilities that you can expect from a three star resort, Chez Carole resort & restaurant will help you to reach the inner peace during your well-deserved vacations.

Guest：I had a nice experience, nice room, great service and beautiful view!!!!!! Staffs are very supportive too!!!!!
Guest：Amazing place to spend a couple of relaxing days. The location is perfect for retreat; abit away from the center but they offer motorbike for rent at a good price. The Staffs were really attentive, they do speak English
Guest：The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
