Guest：The best hotel we have stayed in whilst visiting Turkey, the food is great, the staff are extremely friendly and the entertainment is 10/10, i would like to especially mention CHICO!! this guy is amazing at his job and made the holiday special for us and our little boy!! we will be coming back next year, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting!!
Guest：We got back from this hotel about a week ago and I'm still missing it! An hour from Izmir airport, this clean, friendly, spacious hotel ticked so many boxes for us as a family of 4 with kids 5 and 8. Rooms - good size, plenty of storage, massive bed, cleaned immensely well. Pool - almost too big! Never too crowded, cleaned daily inside and on the poolside. 1.4m all the way round is not ideal with no kids standing room, but there is a splash pool. Always found a sunbed. Kids splash park - not massive, but good fun. Slides - these are pretty fast and very fun! Food - exceptional. Variety in the evenings, pool snack bar a bit samey, but still good and waffles an added bonus! Kids club - these ladies are FANTASTIC. The boys wanted to go every day and the way the times are broken out into 30min slots is such a good idea. The kids club building is also very clean and cool Evening entertainment - not a bad night (except karaoke!) with some really amazing performances Staff - all really friendly and helpful Beach - the hotel do clean it, but some debris does get swept from down the beach Overall - would definitely recommend and we'd love to go again.
Guest：Me and my family have had an amazing break at Korumar. The staff wait on you hand and foot and they are always there to help you, whatever you need. The entertainment is amazing for all the family. The animation team go above and beyond to make you laugh and to have an unforgettable holiday. A special thank you to Chico, Joe and the rest of the animation team for looking after my family with your non stop fun and entertainment. Thank you to all the staff. I think there could be some improvement with the mini club for young children, the staff don’t seem very motivated compared to over entertainers at the hotel.
Guest：Korumar hotel is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean. Tidied daily by the wonderful house keeping team. Fresh towels daily. The room includes a mini bar that include water, flavoured sparkling water and Coca Cola bottles which was a lovely treat. Lovely balcony with a clothes drier and seating too. The bathroom is stunning. The food is amazing. Such a good selection every day: the theme nights were very good and they cater for everyone. Fresh fruit. Salad. Vegetarian. And the ladies in the restaurant are so attentive and friendly. Especially Dinal and the Indonesian lady from Bali with the red lipstick who unfortunately we didn’t get a name for. But she is a credit to the hotel! The pool is very clean and kept looking great by the man who walks around maintaining it who would always wish us a Good morning, such a lovely man! We even saw them replacing any missing tiles. They are a very proud hotel! You never struggle to find a sun-bed and the towels are lovely and provided! The towel lady was a delight and so lovely to see every morning. Always with a warm welcome. The beach is so beautiful and has sunbeds also and a bar so you don’t have to walk all the way back to the hotel! The entertainment team were so fun! They would ask us daily if we wanted to participate in any of the activities or events for the day. And let us know any shows ect. Tchiko and Joe were very polite and lovely to talk to and showed a real passion for the hotel and the customers! We really enjoyed the fire show on Tuesday. You shouldn’t miss this! And despite the other comments we didn’t get bit at the stage, just take some bug spray! Overall this is the best hotel we’ve been to in Turkey and would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else! Also we really enjoyed a visit to the lovely Hong Kong. They picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off again after our meal and gave us time to walk around the town! What a fantastic holiday we’ve had. The tans may fade but the memories won’t!
