Guest：Nous sommes venus pour les fêtes passer une semaine afin de rendre visite à notre famille. à notre arrivée nous avons découvert une grande chambre avec des lits très confortables mais malheureusement un problème de fenêtre qui ne fermait pas alors que nous donnions sur une Avenue centrale et très très bruyante. Des monsieurs sont venus réparer mais rien n’y a fait jusqu’au 3e jour où ils ont enfin trouvé une solution pour réparer la fenêtre. Les dalles du sol étaient ab?mées et bougeaient quand nous marchions dessus. Le ménage n’était pas bien fait et nous avons d? demander à plusieurs reprises qu’il soit fait et en plus de ?a on nous enlevait systématiquement les tapis de douche et on devait à chaque fois attendre 30 minutes le soir que quelqu’un nous enlevait systématiquement apporté un nouveau. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais trop simple pour son prix. Les personnes à l’accueil étaient extrêmement gentilles et serviables malgré tout. Toujours prêtes à nous aider et à chercher des solutions.
Guest：After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: ? Replacing the towels with newer ones ? Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor ? Improving the breakfast buffet variety ? Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.
