Guest：Awesome Hospitality, Amazing View of Valley - Totally worth of money!!! Service was good and all staff were really cordial especially Mr.Anbu & Murugraj. It is located at a very good place with mountains and clouds all around. Taste of food is also good and hygienic. It would be really appreciated if there will be a lift.
Guest：The location of Copoer Castle is absolutely stunning. High up in the mountains of Munnar overlooking the tea plantations. For a three star hotel, it is excellent value for money. Rooms are clean (bathrooms are slightly tired). But what it loses in its slight shabbiness, it gains in views and friendly staff. Each room has a balcony, but beware, they are often occupied by monkeys. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager even came to check on me when I didn’t eat my dinner. The room service menu is excellent and the service is extremely quick. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a bar or a communal sitting area to meet up with friends in the evening and the town is slightly inaccessible at night. Too far to walk, and difficult to get a Tuk Tuk. We had a lovely stay and a fabulous visit to a tea plantation.
