Guest user：The hotel was nice, clean and cozy! The personal was very polite and friendly! Short walking distance to slopes. The SPA area is not big but provided us with proper retreat after long skiing. We had a family Appartements with one bed room and it was very quite with Mountain View.
Guest user：Very clean, well appointed and large apartment. Nice warm outside pool. Reasonable if chaotic breakfast (acknowledging that it was half term week). The hotel was oddly lacking in any sort of ambience; staff pleasant but not proactive. Seems like most guests are on half board. We had dinner once which was average at best. It’s a close walk through a hedge and a car park to the ski lift. The skiing is great. The area in which the hotel is situated is sort of a combination of light manufacturing / out of town shopping centre. It’s a good 20 min walk to Zell.
