Your Island Vacation begins as soon as you arrive at the exclusive gated Villas at Summer Beach.

Nestled in a sanctuary of beautiful trees is your luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor fully furnished villa. Your master suite has a king bed and spacious master bathroom and the guest suite has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and are comfortably appointed.

Your kitchen is open and well-equipped if you want to cook or you can try the local cuisine at one of the many close-by restaurants on the island. Be sure to visit Historic Centre Street for shopping and dining. Enjoy your private screened-in lanai where you can relax with the peaceful view of the wooded preserve. The beach is a short walk or drive or you can spend your days lounging by the villa pool.

No garage access. 1 parking space.

Pets are not permitted. No smoking in the unit, on the lanai, or in the breezeway.
