Guest：We stayed at Armony the second week in June this year after buying a membership in June 2022.. The resort, amenities and the service were great. Most everything there was first class. The resort alone deserves 5 stars, the sales program a negative 5. However, I purchased the membership in June 2022 with the written agreement that they would take one of my other timeshare properties in trade. Big mistake. For starters, the price they quote during the presentation essentially triples before they will even get started. You must pay all closing costs up front. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the additional fees. Now it has now been almost 15 months and they have done nothing to take my original property. I keep getting excuses but no action. Additionally, you may not use the property during this time period either or it will void the transaction. I worked with Israel and Hilda on the transaction. Needless to say I am very disappointed with what I consider to be false representation.. If you consider buying a membership, BE CAREFUL. Do not rely on what they are telling you. It may not be the truth and I don't want you to feel as gullible as I do.
Guest：This resort is located north of Puerto Vallarta in the Punta Mita area. It is remote and surrounded by lush jungle. They have a beautiful property, the grounds are immaculate and the views are amazing. Our room was very nice and the balcony overlooked the main pool and ocean. The pool was an infinity pool and was nice and warm with a swim up bar. We were impressed with all the restaurants and buffet and the Mexican food was delicious. Liquor was top shelf without having to pay extra or become a “Prefered member” like other resorts. The staff were helpful and friendly. The resort is located about 45 mins away from airport so factor in taxis and if you want to go into puerto Vallarta, which is a nice town. The only drawback was the hard sales push for memberships. We weren’t interested in free stuff to listen to a sales pitch for something we didn’t want but know that going in. Overall, we loved this resort and the region of puerto Vallarta and will be going back.
Guest：The staff are beyond wonderful. Cheerful, pleasant, helpful and they make extra effort to make your stay enjoyable. Israel at the buffet knew our names from the start and always showed us to his best seats! Annie on the entertainment team was superb and Carlos and Faustino stood out amongst the pool side waiters. The hotel is beautiful, great beach, views and well set out. The food on the whole was very good although there was a limited selection of entrees and only 3 a la cart restaurant options. So the options were a bit repedetive.
Guest：My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with a stay at Marival Armony and we were very pleased! The resort was very beautiful with lush gardens and great layout. There were four main pools, two of which were infinity. There was the larger Infinity pool with the swim up bar (the party pool) and a smaller infinity pool which was more quiet but had a bar close by with poolside waiter service that was exceptional! Carlos was our absolute favourite! The staff were fabulous and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to Marianna, Yaire, and Annie from the entertainment crew for making Stretching, Yoga, Mixology and Icebath challenges fun. We especially enjoyed the Watsu, sound and water therapy classes in the Armony pool. It was a unique and relaxing experience and my wife and I would highly recommend trying it out. We also enjoyed the Buffet restaurant, especially breakfast on the oceanfront balcony. The handmade tortillas were delicious and the service was excellent. We appreciated Alejandro and Israel. They were very pleasant and kept us smiling and laughing. Also, the view of the bay and the mountains was breathtaking and unforgettable! My wife and I also enjoyed the spa services and the gym looked well equipped (Although I never worked out, LOL!) It was very hot and humid in September!!! I’ve never experienced heat like that in my life! Thank God the rooms and à la carte restaurants were all air conditioned. The rooms were laid out well, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. From our balcony, we had a panoramic view of the ocean and the entire resort; it was worth the expense. However we couldn’t there long because of the heat. Overall our experience was very memorable and we’d definitely go back. We met some wonderful couples too and that really made our trip even better.
