Guest：Lovely little apartments! Just returned from our stay at Avlu 4. We had 2 rooms between 3 of us and cannot fault either of them for the price paid. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Rooms cleaned daily, bedding changed every 3 days. Apartments have all you need to cook basic meals inside should you want to. Rush bar is a 20 second walk away with the main cash machines and bars/ restaurants being a 2 minute walk away so excellent central location. Ate around the pool once ( would have ate here more had the weather been bettter) and food was lovely, excellent value for money. Will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Guest：Excellent Apartments, really comfy beds, amazing service, great breakfasts, great wi-fi service, Murat is a lovely host, very peaceful, not a party venue. I stayed here at the end of May, I am a solo traveller and I found this place the perfect retreat, it is a little back from the beach but is quiet and has respectful guests. you get a peaceful nights sleep and Murat makes wonderful breakfasts, so much food you are set up for the day. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the cleaners were very friendly and cleaned my room every day and made my bed. I personally think this is a real gem, I know there are people on this site who complain about the strict coming and going hours, Murat cares about his guests, this is a family run business and he cant stay up all night as they work in the morning. I think that is very important to know before booking here. He did stay up late for me one night and I felt terrible. I personally felt very at home here, Murat is friendly without being intrusive, he has repeat guests who have been coming back for years and it is very friendly. Personally I loved the place, it was perfect for me and a real gem, a great getaway even though the weather was terrible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to solo travellers and families who want a quiet break.
