Guest：The property had not been appropriately cleaned before our arrival. Trash, cleaning rags and dirty towels were in the bathroom. The blow dryer was on the floor. I called the front desk and no one would respond until I sent pictures. A bit later an attendant arrived who could not speak English and had no idea what he was supposed to do. No one called to follow up or apologize. I will not stay at a Vacasa managed property again. Plenty of other options out there.
Guest：Summer in Breck The condo was very comfortable and clean. All of the furnishings were in good condition. If you are a light sleeper, there is a garage door to the parking garage beneath the master bedroom. It rattles the walls every time the door opens - which is frequently. The listing said parking was included; however, when we arrived the property manager said it was only included for one night. Overall, it was a very nice condo, conveniently located, and well appointed.
Guest：This was a very nice property. Our room was spacious and clean. Easy walking distances to the downtown areas and a few nearby trailheads. The only problem we had was finding the correct building to check in. Google Maps was totally wrong as us and several other families learned the hard way. Quick tip…check in entrance is from Main Street. We’ll be back again!
