  • Guest：Excellent, you couldn’t get a better B&B. Sarah and Richard are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble. It’s a few minutes walk to the castle, river and shops. If you get time then walk to Ness Islands it’s a lovely walk and details are in the folder in your room .
  • Guest：A really lovely, cozy guesthouse with the warmest hosts. We couldn’t make the listed breakfast time so the host made delicious packed meals. Great location too!
  • Guest：We loved our stay at the Ness Guest House! Susan is a wonderful host, and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The location in Inverness could not be better - we were able to walk to everything. Being able to park off-street was a plus. Breakfasts were excellent and filling for a day of exploring. Susan was super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the locality. If you are looking for a place to stay in Inverness then this is the place!
  • Guest：Our time at The Ness Guest House was the most welcoming stay we had on our 2-week trip Scotland trip. Susan immediately made us feel at home, and our room was perfect for our needs. The main area of Inverness is a short walk from the house, and the on-site free parking was a great amenity. The homemade breakfast was delicious each day! Thank you, Susan & Richard!
