温泉是一大亮点，矿物质成分丰富，体验感拉满，管家小钟和小孙服务有求必应，响应超快，话到服务到。办理入住也很快，前台小姐姐还很温柔热情… 乾湿分离的浴室??，酒店面积超大，配套设施也很齐全，生态环境良好，负离子浓度挺高，有大鹅小鸭与我们共赏美景！

前台津津小姐姐热情，小钟管家需要帮助都随叫随到，每天晚上帮忙提前放好温泉，我们回到房间可以即刻享受温泉。酒店环境优美，温泉泡起来非常舒服，很适合一家三口放松心情。有机会还会再来。

非常不错的温泉度假酒店，环境和衞生都很棒，还是宠物友好就更赞了，服务更是没得説，前台小张特别热情，服务到位。餐饮部的孙丽女士服务态度也非常好，宾至如归。新推出的柠檬泡池也很舒服，明年还来??

房间非常大，比我想象中要乾净很多，周围环境很清静，休息的不错，私汤池挺乾净的，放水很快，酒店还准备了小零食，会二刷，早饭品种不多，但是味道还可以，就是希望早餐的水果可以及时补一下，整体还是比我预期要好很多，性价比很高

设施：房间比较大，设施齐全，带孩子很舒服，宝宝很喜欢，房间带私汤温泉服务：服务很好，项目很多，可以做饼乾，做扇子，管家服务很好，早餐丰盛

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

What a amazing resort , one of my best holiday place to live . Far away from city busyness . Wonderful location , staff is wonderful . Such a beauty . Highly recommended.

泡私汤温泉才选择的酒店，交通便利，环境不错，房间很大，汤池干净，还有书房呢。管家小孙热情，有求必应！很好！早餐也挺丰富的。还可以免费去边上的湿地公园逛逛，有黑天鹅，有芦苇荡，景色不错，要是春天去应该会更美！

多次入住了，环境一流，房间设计很有特色，私汤，阳台钓鱼，湿地公园骑行，很适合休闲度假。感觉管理、服务、餐饮均有进步。周边没什么吃饭的地方，希望菜品能够更丰富些。推荐！
