Overall: 200% satisfaction
1. The best part of our stay was the attitude of the staff. The buggy drivers were extremely kind, always smiling, and very friendly. This created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
They truly seemed to do their job with heart. One evening, while we were heading back to our villa, we saw two guests accidentally locked out of their room. The buggy driver noticed immediately and contacted the station right away to arrange quick assistance. This showed how much care and attention the staff give to their guests.
2. The service was very fast and efficient. When the lights in our private pool were not working, the staff came promptly to fix the issue. They sincerely apologized and expressed their regret, which we really appreciated.
3. The beach was very clean and beautiful.
4. The breakfast deserves special mention. It was absolutely delicious, especially the bakery section. Many thanks to the chefs for such great food.
5. Buggy service was also available for short trips, such as going to the supermarket for daily necessities, which was very convenient.
6. Our villa was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautiful.
I highly recommend this resort for family trips and vacations with friends.

We stayed 5 nights at Marriott Hon Tre and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
The service was okay, but housekeeping was inconsistent — we often had to call the front desk to have our room cleaned, which shouldn’t be necessary at a resort of this level.
Food was a big disappointment. The lobby café was especially bad:
? The steak sandwich was dry with no sauce
? The salmon bagel came with no cream cheese, even though it was listed on the menu
Everything tasted dry and poorly prepared. Room service food was slightly better, but still very average. We ordered a burger once and it arrived pink inside, which wasn’t ideal.
The mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep well at all, and it was especially difficult because we were co-sleeping with a baby — the bed offered no proper support.
Overall, after 5 nights, we never truly felt relaxed. Our expectations were high for a Marriott resort, but the experience felt underwhelming and not worth the price.

是度假的最后一站,而且刚好是个大晴天,很开心。
酒店的设施略显老旧,但整个的布局是我喜欢的,主卧阳光很好,都有独立的衞生间,如果是几家人一起share应该也不会觉得尴尬。
但是除了前台的工作人员之外,其他服务人员的英语真的太差了……翻译软件有时候并没那么好用,我觉得沟通不畅是会影响体验的。早上叫了buggy带我们去吃早餐,到了之后是前台提到的“oriental food”,并不想吃,就想和门口的工作人员确认一下。哇…完全鸡同鸭讲?? 最后终于还是去了主楼的餐厅,餐还不错。
Vinwonders是在酒店买的票,可以多次出入。丛林飞鼠真的很!好!玩!没来得及看动物,但是遇到了火烈鸟。摩天轮关的太早,6.00已经坐不了了。

到达码头后立即有工作人员带者办理入住手续,办理完成后会全程讲解如何乘坐船或缆车,并带你来到乘船码头,码头工作人员会将行李搬运上船并在到达对岸码头后将行李装上车送到入住的酒店门口,酒店的设施一流,离开海滩近,酒店自有的泳池也很大,高尔夫球场也在酒店附近。酒店早餐丰盛,特别要表扬一下照片中的工作人员,在门口会主动招呼每位客人,且会中文,刚到酒店对于在哪里排队坐到哪里的车不了解,他热情讲解之,这样我们可以少走弯路,总之,品牌酒店就是不一样,住的放心、吃的安心、玩的开心。

A wonderful hotel with excellent service and staff.
The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The hotel territory is huge, with several swimming pools and a large private beach area. There were always plenty of sunbeds available.
Breakfast was outstanding very rich and varied. Shuttle buses to the theme parks run smoothly and without any issues, which was very convenient.
I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely compliment from the hotel as it was my birthday. The staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and made our stay truly special.

酒店和别墅环境没得説,非常大,二楼大得晚上黑灯瞎火睡觉的时候都有点吓人了,接驳车buggy car打电话就能到,免费接送机的服务人员也很棒态度很好
同行家里人正好生日,提前邮件沟通也很好地提供了免费的生日蛋糕,就是要送的时候,提前一天去前台提醒中午送放冰箱,当天中午后回来没有,再打电话沟通説确认有蛋糕下午3点45会送,结果晚饭4点半出门前还没送到,晚饭后回来终于送到了,放茶几上,让人哭笑不得
入住了之后想要个小童牙刷和小童拖鞋打电话去前台都要不到説没有,最后一天要退房的时候前台主动给欧美带娃家庭提供小童牙刷,不知道是语言问题还是区别待遇,让人不知道説什么好

房间确实比较老旧了,人很多,岛上的海比市区乾净漂亮多了,沙滩椅挺多,接驳车方便,住了4天早餐去了三个餐厅,主楼的两个自助餐厅大一些,泳池水不够乾净,小童洗漱用品得自己提出需求,酒店没有主动送来这点不太好。其他服务都还可以,四百多含双早缆车还是超值了,550以上就要考虑下了

酒店明显老了,基础设备很多小问题,房间里的花洒在用下面喷头的时候头顶的花洒也会漏水,插班也是随机无法使用。最受不了的是刚到房间的时候发现马桶上还有尿根本没洗乾净,当场call前台让人上来打扫,过了15分钟才慢悠悠来了个清洁工,当时12点实在懒得计较就算了。
当然海滩是不错,这也算是酒店仅有的亮眼支出

行前被避雷八百次的竹岛万豪却是本次旅行最满意的选择之一

下了飞机就接到了工作人员的电话国很顺利坐上去码头的车车程40min
码头的圣诞装饰 森非常豪华 气氛感拉满到的时候已经是晚上了
就选择直接和行李喻一起坐船上岛
在第二第三天都坐了跨海缆车
如果天气好能见度高的时候也可以和我们一样观光海景非常漂亮然
Vinpearl的夜景也是一道风景线
到了竹岛码头先得坐 vinpearl的高尔夫车到万豪前台再从前台排队坐高尔夫车送到别墅前前后后一通操作没个两个小时到不了房间
建议像我们时间充裕的uu再选择珍珠岛竹岛
但这里的度假气氛是真的浓家庭出游三卧花园别墅金自带泳池心房型面积很大 但是看得出年代感
而且内饰也不是很marriot 不知道是不是换牌的
但是私人海滩的景致真的值得!
