For 4-Star Hotel a bit disappointing as we have went to other 4-Star hotel like Shangri-la Golden Sands. There were no greetings or welcome drinks. The sofa’s at lobby probably need to change as it were dusty and stained. We bought rooms with breakfast but were surprised with the space of the restaurant probably of the cheap price and decided not to go in the morning. There were no assistants from staff when we went to order for lunch as we arrived early, my husband had to walk into the restaurant few times to order food and same thing happened when we tried to make payments. The amenities were disappointing, there were no mini fridge in the room, no toothbrush only one shampoo, one bath gel and two bath towels. Fortunately there is a kettle in the room and the food was nice except for the service.
The front desk staffs not so attentive and does not look friendly when asking for water bottle or shampoo/ shower gel. The WiFi is quite bad and near to no connection. Cleanliness of hotel is acceptable and space is quite big. Suggestion to bring conditioner ourselves because no conditioner provided.
