The location is very convenient, with easy access to train stations and nearby malls. The room is spacious and comes with complete amenities. I also appreciated the quality coffee drip and other provided items.
The hotel does show some signs of age, particularly with the carpet, but it doesn’t feel musty. One area for improvement would be more thorough cleaning in the corners of the tub and sink.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely worth considering.
Btw, they have great staff, too.

It was a great time to stay here. Location is so convenience, room a bit small but comfy enogh for 1 person. Highly recommended!

剛好第二天要到成田機場轉機。所以打算在千葉住一晚上。酒店位置非常方便，就在車站旁邊一點。 服務非常好，乾凈整潔。 早晨趕車都錄到車站幾分鐘。

就在地鐵站上，出行方便，但這次關東行幾家酒店都是自助機辦入住，感覺不是很方便，同時也會缺少溫度，去年關東地區都是人工辦理，感受會更好。圖片是千葉HOKI美術館，也是住此一晚的目的地

除了床頭的插座插不進去以外，其他的都很好。就在千葉站邊上，樓下有羅森和打電動的地方，還有大創百元店，環境也很好，裝修很和諧很美。這樣的地段單人房一晚僅200多人民幣，這選擇非常經濟實惠。如果下次來成田坐飛機，在千葉過夜還會選擇他們家。

I have been to this hotel 3 times now and I like the location and also close proximity to shopping places. The room is not really big but good enough. The service is good too! There is direct train to Narita and also direct bus to Haeda airport as well.

Definitely cant find another hotel that is less than sgd 100 and so conveniently located right next to station (linked). Spacious, comfy, clean and convenient. Enough said.
