Appartement un peu vieillot, resté dans son jus, mais globalement propre. Le check-in tardif s’est très bien passé, sans aucun souci. Nous avons même eu droit à un surclassement dans un 3 pièces, ce qui est parfait pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis, même si nous n’étions que deux.
La résidence dispose d’un spa et d’une piscine, ce qui est appréciable, et la vue sur Brisbane est vraiment belle. Les commerces et restaurants sont proches, et il faut compter environ 30 minutes de marche pour rejoindre les principaux points d’intérêt comme South Bank, le centre-ville ou Fortitude Valley.
Dans l’ensemble, séjour correct mais l’appartement mériterait une petite rénovation pour être plus agréable.
Disappointing, would not stay again.
Very disappointing stay and experience. Run down building with lots maintenance needed and terrible communication from off site management.

I booked this for my daughter, Lynn, while she was attending the National Basketball Championships. She absolutely loved the apartment and the proximity to wonderful restaurants. Thank-you for the excellent communication.
The apartment was clean and airy, very easy to get to from the airport. there is a shuttle right outside that runs to the city every 25 min. would highly recommend. also the staff on reception are lovely.

Poor communication prior to check in, check in was not very smooth and felt like something was going to go wrong. Were able to check in early which was good. Property was clean tidy and as advertised. We were charged for someone else’s room bill and apparently over the refund limit so return of funds has been extremely slow and very,very poor service. While they admitted the mistake this really is something that should not have happened at all.
