The hotel staff constantly waking me up, keep knocking on the door when I slept, knocking when I was taking a bath, calling me. Why you don't leave me alone when I need rest after the trip?

overall cleanliness is above average, There are just a couple of things to highlight on cleanliness: the shower head is filled with water stain fungal which I can't stand.
otherwise, those around the bathtub have black stains I can accept it. Another thing is that the room smells stale when I first walk in, showing that the room has not been occupied for a while. they could spray the air freshener before our stay.

Nice rooftop infinity pool. Good location - close enough to the lake with various restaurants. I wish the rooms had more natural light.

Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet our booking criteria which was a window and a queen size bed. We ended up having literally an inside window which makes you feel as if we were in a bunker and two separate beds

Convenient location for multi day stay. Front of house is approachable and answered all our inquiries. Standard rooms do not have exterior window, just an air shaft but NO street noise. Breakfast is fine but do not dine in in the evening.

A great hotel in the theatre area French quater ,the old Quater a short 10 minutes walk , many restaurants and bars nearby I had an excellent stay

Affordable clean hotel that looks luxurious inside. Will stay again!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The air con kept the room nice and cool in Hanoi summer. The pool on the roof was great with a nice view over the rooftops of the old town
