I am very sorry i just looked at your booking and I can see you did book a privilege room but looks like we had some maintenance issue over during the night you was staying and looks like we had to change the room, so you were able to stay at the hotel and not been out booked else were. I can see notes was added to ser the room up as a privilege room, but not all room have the fridge in the room. We do have 24-hour reception team who are on hand to help with any issue. We are sorry this effected your stay, and we hope we get the chase to welcome you back and next time be in the room your booked to enjoy the full experience of your privilege room.
