Guest：We had an excellent experience at Athrion Hotel! The hotel itself was amazing and the foam mattresses were incredibly comfortable – we slept so well. Customer service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. We also appreciated the slippers provided, since we hadn’t brought any with us – such a thoughtful touch! Thank you, Athrion Hotel, for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Guest：The Hotel, its grounds and the rooms are all clean and nice. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is lovely. Its Buffett style and so much to choose from. Great pool area. Our room was a little to dark for drying clothes and towels (room 546 I think) but other than that the place and the apartments are just great. Great location to all the best beaches and the Marina which is about 15/20 minute walk across the beach. The Lottos Restaurant & Pizza on the corner is just fabulous as are all the bars and restaurants, but this one was our favourite. We took a boat trip over to the island which was just perfect. We also went to the Coral beach hotel to use their beach and pool as the sunbeds are free if you spend over 20 euros. Overall an amazing stay for my first time in Chania, Crete.
Guest：This was our 3rd visit to the Atrion Resort Hotel and once again very enjoyable. Taxi arranged by hotel from Airport to Hotel was excellent . Pleasant check in process by Antonia and allocated nice spacious room with pool view as requested. On our first day we mislaid our room key and Elena was very helpful in replacing it, whilst we eventually located it later in the day. Our door lock started being faulty after two days and the maintenance man sorted it within 30 minutes so again efficient service. Buffet breakfasts suited our taste and selections frequently refilled. Pool area could get busy during the day and often towels left on beds not used. As we did not use the pool until around 4pm each day it was not an issue for us, however the number of Lilo's being used in the pool when trying to have a proper swim was. Lots of hotels are now banning these from pools because of this issue. Room cleaning was very good. I also enjoyed my three high standard neck & back massages from Stavros at 35 Euros each. So often Hotel massages are not particularly good so this was exceptional. The Atrion is well located for access to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. A supermarket is located opposite. The options for dining out is superb but my advice is avoid the busy packed out ones nearby the hotel and seek a much better dining experience like Casa Del Mare on the beach front and Arondiko where the cuisine is of a much better quality. If you are looking for a romantic setting try the Rustico restaurant. Summing up Agios Marina is a nice resort and is not far from the main resort of Chania which although popular it did not suit our taste especially the eating out experiences. The Atrion has a superb reception staff who do their very best to sort out any problems and help where they can, which is often lacking in certain hotels today. Would we return to this hotel?? a Definate YES and will be in 2026 all being well.
Guest：My third stay at this lovely hotel. I had a room over the side street which was perfectly quiet. Room was cleaned daily whilst I was there and was immaculate. They really looked after me. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. I opted for eggs and bacon most mornings but there was also plenty of fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals and even sweets. The staff on reception were always present to help with any difficulties I may have had. Parking was adequate at the back of the hotel. Looking forward to when business sends me in the direction of Chania again to stay at this great hotel.
