Guest：Location, location, location. Close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies. Room was spotless, lots of hot water. Restaurant food was the best yet. We have been coming here for many years and the a-la-carte menu very much improved. The staff are incredible, friendly, helpful, polite, they make us feel like we are being welcomed home. The beach is amazing, great for walking every day.

Guest：We reserved a Kingsized bed room and received a 2 bed room instead but decided to keep it. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff were very good and the bottled water supply was kept full. Strangely, there was a coffee machine and ice bucket in the cupboard. No coffee was supplied (except the morning when we were checking out) and there was never an ice machine anywhere to be found. Others told us the same story. Suggestions? A small fridge would be helpful, plus packets of coffee for the supplied machine. The hotel staff are great, the ambience is one of a slightly “tired” hotel and certainly caters to Mexicans. The food is “good”, salads and fresh fruit superb. The location on the beach is very good as one can walk either way. Overall, the stay was a bit disappointing.
Guest：The staff are amazing,very friendly and they remember what you like! Leonardo was always smiling and so kind! Our room was very nice,great view of the ocean,cleaned every morning and she left towel art animals on the bed that my wife just loved seeing! Food was good Nice place to stay
