Staff are helpful and the room is clean

Good location and convenient. Public transport is within 100-300 meters. Heroes square is hardly 300 meters. Rooms were clean and comfortable only thing missing was the electric kettle and complimentary coffee/tea and water. Bar opens 24/7 with many options of drinks and coffee but very limited options for food. Breakfast was good.

位置很好，出门就是英雄广场。旁边是很大的公园，适合晨跑或散步。房间安静整洁，设施比较少，没有小冰箱和烧水壶。

Хороший отель. Устарел слегка, но в целом всё неплохо. Чисто, тихо, завтрак нормальный. Прямо рядом с Heroes Square и большим парком.

位置很好，离英雄广场非常近，房间乾净整洁，总体来説很适合家庭出游和商务出行。

地理位置好，边上就是英雄广场和city park
街边走几分钟也有一家好吃的土耳其烤肉卷，价格实惠，分量很足
环境可以，欣赏欧式建筑
房间里床上潮湿，因为对面也是高建筑，没有什么阳光
浴室得改进，洗完澡水都是流出来，不得不用毛巾盖住
空调真的冷，似乎不能调动
早餐一般 性价比不高不安利

Great location. Best value for money. Room on first floor has tram noice.

Breakfast was good and there was a good range of food. Location and cleanliness were great. It would be nice if there could be more amenities in the room like water and iron.
