W podanych hotelu by?am wraz z rodzin? na 10 dniowym pobycie . Hotel znajduje si? w dobrej lokalizacji ,spacerkiem ok 12 minut do pla?y . Pokoje jak i cz??? wspólna, czysta i zadbana . Jedynie minus za zwlekanie z usuwaniem zanieczyszczeń (pióra itd) pozosta?ych w basenie po ptakach . Obs?uga ogólnie by?a bardzo mi?a i pomocna . Restauracja jest do?? du?a,znajduje si? wewn?trz budynku jak i w ogródku przy basenie . Jedzenie bardzo dobre , my?l? ?e ka?dy znajdzie co? dla siebie (tak jak w poprzednich opiniach potwierdzam - pizza jest pyszna ). Bar jest blisko basenu gdzie serwowane s? bardzo dobre drinki i inne napoje bezalkoholowe. Minus za animacje których tak naprawd? jest bardzo ma?o ,niby jest plan animacji jednak animatorki nie trzymaj? si? go i wida? ,?e ma?o anga?uj? si? w swoj? prac? . G?ówna winda wymaga konserwacji, jest bardzo powolna . Szybciej idzie si? po schodach .

the hotel is in a quiet place. the rooms were clean and spacious. there was a pool which was also clean. i really liked the polite staff who were always with a smile. thanks to Presian the bartender who made amazing cocktails!

Wow what can I say. I have just arrived today the welcome I got was amazing. The room is huge.the staff are amazing. It's been a while since I have had my bags taken to the room. Reception were amazing knew my name even as I got there. I am about to go for food but I'm giving this place 5 stars because of attitude and how professional the staff are. I genuinly feel welcomed .

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day. Reception very friendly and chatty (if you wanted to). Pool area clean, food constantly refreshed, plates cleared away. Decent food choices, lovely daily fresh salad. I would call it a 3 star hotel. The decor is dated, but for the price of a week all inclusive I was pleasantly surprised by it.

Stayed for a week at the Izola Psradise Hotels and it was fantastic . Was made to feel immediately welcome at reception , The room was immaculate, well maintained , and very comfortable . Bed and facilities are superb and the room was serviced each day and fresh towels etc provided . The restaurant offers buffet style selection of well prepared and well presented food , a good variety each day and options for vegetarians available on each service . The restaurant staff are helpful, friendly. Pool side area is relaxing and the all inclusive drink offer is very good with wine , beer and spirits as well as soft drinks and hot drinks . This was a great stay and a super hotel and can easily recommend this place for solo travelers , couples wanting. Relaxing week or for families looking to enjoy time in the sun . The hotel is a very short walk from the main entertainment street (Flower Street) but it's in a nice quiet area and it felt safe and secure . Bus trips to Nessebar are a must . Sunny beach is a modern touristic resort with lots of hotels and a super beach . But there is plenty to see and do dust a short distance away

I received the most wonderful treatment from Marietta, Carmen and the rest of the Team. I was incredibly apprehensive after reading the previous reviews but luckily went with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful welcome I received. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Food was good quality, varied and plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff could do with having some cocktail training as there were only a few cocktails available and staff didn't know how to make any classic cocktails. Locations is ideal for flower street. I had a wonderful time and really wish the business well in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Izola Paradise in Sunny Beach and can highly recommend it! The hotel is located in a quiet area of the resort, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation, yet it's just a few minutes' walk from the bustling center of the resort. The hotel features two large swimming pools, perfect for a refreshing dip, and a separate pool for children, making it an excellent choice for families. There's also a lifeguard on duty, ensuring everyone's safety. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and varied food, catering to all tastes, and the terrace bar offers a wide range of cocktails and refreshing drinks, ideal for the warm summer days. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Another highlight was the poolside animation team, who brought lots of joy and energy to each day. All in all, a stay at Izola Paradise is an unforgettable experience, one I would definitely repeat!

Были вдвоём с женой неделю. Мнение неоднозначное. Еда на отлично. Крепкий алкоголь на отлично. Обслуживание, персонал отлично. Пиво так себе(слишком жидкое). Море довольно далеко ~1.5 км. Самый отрицательный фактор, наличие большого количества групп молодых людей 18-22 лет, из Дании, у которых нет элементарных понятий о культуре поведения. Это обсолютные ****************. Особенно в вечернее и ночное время, когда люди хотят отдыхать, они перебравши напитков начинают орать, кричать, петь песни, бросать из окон и балконов пустые бутылки и стаканы. Порой невозможно заснуть ночью из-за шума. Призывы к тишине помогают далеко не всегда. Непонятны две вещи. Кто и как их воспитывал? Позиция администрации отеля. Зачем отелю проблематично клиенты. Вывод:отдых попорчен

Meilleur prix all in du marché été 2022. Mais payez 200eur de plus pour un meilleur séjour. H?tel sale (nous n'osions pas approcher les wc communs, biscuits écrasés dans la salle de fitness, eau stagnante près des piscines), animations quasi inexistantes, nourriture fade, chambres vieillottes et non entretenues, all in décevant, personnel peu accueillant (sauf Roberto et Danail du bar), manque de proximité avec le centre et la plage... Seule la piscine principale et la terrasse du resto étaient agréables. La Bulgarie est appréciable - visitez la presqu'?le de Nessebar à proximité parce que Sunny Beach n'a rien de local - mais le séjour nous laisse un go?t amer. Privilégiez si vous vous rendez à Sunny Beach un h?tel 5 étoiles voire un appartement de location (il semblait y en avoir de très bien entretenus en face de l'h?tel et la nourriture locale n'est vraiment pas chère).
