Guest：Beautiful kept site room was lovely had a balcony overlooking gardens only down side 3 short beaches as we like to walk in the morning this was a down side. Again need to be up early to get sun beds 6am very busy resort also a lot of weekends also organise trip to town Rubbish don’t go
Guest：Had an amazing time at Sandal Ochi! We had a butler suite.. Derrick and Peta-Gaye did a great job. All our needs were met and more. I most definitely have to recognize Kemar, Daniel, and Aaliyah from the entertainment team! They made our stay so much fun and truly went above and beyond. If you get a chance to listen to Jax on the Sax he’s the best! There is a server that works at the hillside burger joint on the night shift that was great as well..I forget her name, but I do want her recognized.. she was so funny and made my husband and I laugh over the cats. Sandals is lucky to have such a great crew! Highly recommend this resort and all its fine ambiance and amenities and staff that felt like new friends!
Guest：There were some little things this year we have seen, since this was our 6th trip with a butler. They didn’t have towel animals on our bed with flower petals and special notes, we didn’t come back one night where they would fill the tub and have rose petals. These are the little things that made our trips special to Ochi. This year we felt like we had no other room. I would also add that, when we have submitted our butler forms they have never fulfilled our butler preference or a room number preference.
