It's a good hotel for a short stay. The building is old and the height of the room's ceiling attests to that. But it's renovated and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the river but not far from the center either. Good breakfast with eggs to order.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay! Excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and the restaurant offers incredibly delicious food. The location is convenient and filled with historical charm. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, very stylish renovated rooms and stunning atmosphere. The restaurant is great. We liked very much the fish dishes. For sure we'll be back. The lady at the reception desk was very polite and helpful. We recommend the place. Thank you Anna Palace!

The hotel is in the city center in a quiet and peaceful place. There is free parking. The building is historic and the interior is very impressive. The staff is very helpful, they guided us to many attractions of the city. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was very delicious. Thank you

Perfect stay in Ruse! I love this city and the beat hotel is Anna Palace. In the city center, 2 min walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants as well as the Danube River. The rooms are completely renovated, large and comfortable bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the girl at breakfast. We would stay again.

The A/C does not work in the room. We asked at the desk for Someone to come look at it and the lady in charge said to just open our window. She said the A/C can’t keep the room cool. What??? It’s 80 degrees in the room. There is no fan for circulation. There is no breeze for air to blow into the window from outside. A very sticky, hot night. Rooms should be a livable Temperature.
