The access to the water was great…if you enjoy cold swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was not what I expected. I was hopeful for more dining options and a nicer beach experience. The fact that we had to pay for lounge chairs if we wanted it after paying such high hotel rates was a lot.

It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!

Reception staff were often unfriendly and many did not understand English properly.
Cleanliness was poor: spider webs all around the balconies, sheets dirty and even with holes, and the balcony was never cleaned during my stay.
I lost a swimsuit from my balcony and the staff simply said “we didn’t find anything” without trying to help.
Sunbeds are supposed to cost €5/day, but in reality no one pays and people use them freely without any staff controlling the situation. There is no support at the beach for umbrellas or sunbeds.
At the bar, staff always looked annoyed and not welcoming.

Sehr luxuri?ses Hotel mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders positiv: barrierefrei und somit auch für G?ste mit Handicap bestens geeignet. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal durchweg superfreundlich. Getr?nke sind, wie in Kroatien üblich, recht teuer, dafür gab es für Hotelg?ste tolle Sonderkonditionen am Strand (Liege + Schirm für 5 € statt 20 €). Strand typisch kroatisch mit Steinen, aber sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Grande albergo. Buona organizzazione generale, considerando anche il gran numero di persone. Ma il livello dell’albergo non è da 4 stelle: personale che parla a stento l’italiano, assenza di presidi di sicurezza (porte tagliafuoco), contesto ambientale dei dintorni un po’ degradato

Eingangsbereich sehr stylisch eingerichtet.
Restaurant zwar gro?, aber viel zu überlaufen.
Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker.
Getr?nkepreise etwas zu teuer. Zimmerausstattung gut, man hat viel Ablagefl?che. Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Keine Handtücher für den nicht vorhandenen Strand. Zu wenige Liegen, auch da alles sehr überlaufen. Anreise mit Auto schwierig, viel Verkehr und wenige Parkpl?tze. Kleine Meile mit einigen Shops und Minimarkt vor der Tür.

The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.

Overall really very good
At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor
Overall a great place - just that minor thing that luckily we resolved (by saving the messages !)

The hotel is a bit isolated, it was not easy to reach it. Taxis take a lot of time to arrive so be careful if you have a bus to take. The buffet was very expensive and not that great. The lobby is nice. The balcony with the sea side view is pretty but there is no actual beach, it looks like a port or it’s covered in pebbles and not comfortable. The room is average and really not worth the price. It was not thoroughly cleaned. There is no international channels, no YouTube, no Netflix. The AC was not working. There was no water bottles, no kettle, no tea or coffee. Very poor amenities and we paid nearly 150€… Would not recommend.
