The architectural design perfectly complements its picturesque setting, creating a truly memorable first impression. The accommodation is thoughtfully designed, with well-appointed rooms featuring private balconies that offer breathtaking views - choose between the serene forest landscape or the rolling tea plantations. The interior furnishings reflect attention to detail and comfort. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several disappointments. The ongoing swimming pool construction created significant noise disturbance, impacting the peaceful atmosphere we had anticipated. More concerning was the noticeable disparity in service between international and domestic guests, with Indian visitors often receiving less attentive treatment. The hotel promotes various activities including tea plucking, cardamom harvesting, nature walks, and tea tasting sessions. However, these experiences were consistently unavailable during our stay, with staff citing the absence of guides and specialists. The promised campfire experiences were also not provided. The dining experience was mixed. While the à la carte options impressed with their flavors and preparation, the breakfast buffet was rather basic and could benefit from improvement. In conclusion, while the Tea Harvester Hotel boasts exceptional architecture and location, the service standards and activity management need significant improvement to match the property's premium positioning. With better staff training and consistent delivery of promised experiences, this hotel could truly excel.

Guest：Stylish building with good comfort and facilities. Good food at the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) with a nice variety + beer! The manager and staff are showing full willingness to please customers. Great feelings.
Guest：Slightly dirty rooms and unreliable in their communication. For example, they told me they would organise a TukTuk in advance but never did thus arriving to late at the activity. Therefore, would not relay on anything. Balcony had a nice view but smell from the kitchen and gas, especially in the evenings. Definitely too expensive for what you get and would recommend to stay somewhere else.
