It was overall good and staff were very polite

凌晨入住柜台小姐仍亲切耐心协助办理。

位置绝佳，但是整体色调灰暗而且显得有点老旧和商务。厕所也不是很舒服的那种装修。印象是一个比较大的商务酒店，没有多少放松和度假的氛围。四分。不是特别满意。

交通便利，楼下就系C train, 酒巴街！

stampede期间住的，性价比非常低～房间的卡一直有问题，不是开不了门就是进不了lounge 真是绝了。服务人员态度也不太好、设施很陈旧～加上酒店在C-train旁边，很吵很吵～实在是很不怎麽样～s

The hotel was easy to access and near to everything.
Everything staff was easy to talk to and helpful .
I had lunch, and short Ribs was yummy .

The hotel is right next to the us consulate general in Calgary, and also the front desk service are nice. Even I checked out , they still keep my suitcase for me.

I loved the service, they really cared about accommodating my disability. Room was spotless and they moved the sofa away from the window so I could enjoy the view more.
