Great bedrooms, clean bathroom , fantastic view of the Castle, top floor so a little workout just going up and down stairs, but we enjoyed it. Perfect location right next to Elephant House

A gem of a property in a great location, right by Greyfriars Bobby and with perfect views of the castle. Really beautifully decorated, superbly clean and well equipped. Great communication from property managers too on arrival. Highly recommend and we will be back

The apartment was clean and in a great location that was easily accessible by tube, train and bus to downtown London! Emma's communications were fantastic and she also provided some spot-on pub and restaurant recommendations. There were a few lighting/switch issues that Emma responded to in a prompt manner. Thank you for an enjoyable family stay, Emma!

Our family's stay at No. 1 Apts in the heart of Edinburgh was outstanding!! Our rooms were immaculate and equipped with everything that we needed... from comfy beds to a fully stocked kitchen, to a washer/dryer. Did I mention a gorgeous view of Edinburgh directly outside our sitting room window?!
As wonderful as our stay turned out, the most amazing part came after we checked out. We had attempted to ship a backpack with items of sentimental value back to the U.S., but experienced significant/extended shipping issues with the carrier. We contacted hotel staff to ask for their help... Megan was our savior!! For the past 2 weeks since our check-out, Megan has gone out of her way to help us in every situation with info, ideas, and coordination. Can't say enough about her and the hotel she represents!

Wonderful EXCEPT
Wonderful apartment blocks from the Royal Mile. Well equipped and comfortable EXCEPT noise at night from street traffic and from pub below can go quite late at night. We did have window open for cross ventilation so some of that it is on us. Very easy to communicate.

Loved how easy the check-in was. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was perfect within walking distance to every thing we wanted to see

Spent 8 nights here and was very happy with the apartment.mYou can walk almost anywhere or public transit is available right outside the front door. We had one minor mechanical problem in the apartment during our stay which was rectified very quickly. Would stay here again.

The apartment is centrally located near Greyfriar’s Kirkyard and Victoria’s Street with a breathtaking view of the Edinburgh Castle. Super spacious and thoughtfully and elegantly decorated. The washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit were nice to have. We appreciated the welcome basket with cookies, tea, and coffee. Comfortable king-sized bed. We all-around had a wonderful stay and felt truly spoiled. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
