Sunday lunch was a little.comfusing with the set however the food and hotel is amazing. Will be coming back

Nice and friendly staff but a hotel in need of some care and attention. Fantastic location handy parking.

Nice enough place, fairly basic, great pub in the lobby. Very close to the town centre.

Central hotel. The hotel is very central to the town but lacking atmosphere. The executive room was very basic and bland so not worth the extra money you pay for it. The room was also very stuffy but if you opened the window you had to put up with the noise of the buses outside at the bus stop for most of the night. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were very friendly. Overall a little disappointed with our stay.

A nice hotel. I got a double room where it was outside continuously buzzing from somewhere. Also, in the night. It was very warm inside. Good breakfast till 10.

Wonderful Hotel, Great Service The staff were incredibly kind and assisted me with the local bus and train timings, even flagging that bus fare is cash-only and they broke my large bill. Top notch service from everyone that I interacted with at the hotel. It was very humid and although there is no a/c, my room had a fan. The bed was very comfortable and it was one of the most spacious rooms I stayed in Scotland. The bathroom was extremely clean. The pub is great and has live musicians playing traditional music. Highly recommend staying here!

Great hotel My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff at reception were so friendly and professional. We booked a Deluxe room which was fantastic and absolutely spotless. We ate at the hotel for 2 nights and found the food and service excellent. The breakfast was equally as good.. the hotel is situated 2 mins from main shopping . The other night we ate in a pub called Knox's. .Staff were super and food also. Lovely Hotel and great spot for turning.

One night stay We only stayed one night on our way to Shannon airport. Location was great - in the centre of town. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable

Staff were very friendly. However, the elevator was not working and carrying several suitcases up several floors without any assistance was not upmost service. Bathroom seems unclean. Can’t open windows all the way for fresh air.
