Сам отель неплохой, большой плюс что он находиться на пляже ! за 6 дней ни разу не сменили постель хотя полотенца меняли. Очень плохой сигнал интернета , постоянно пропадал! Шезлонгов на пляже нет, только на территории отеля и то их немного. На пляже есть платные шезлонги с зонами 10 € . Бассейн маленький расположен сбоку отеля- неудобно, многие после пляжа мыли в нем ноги, поэтому он был с песком. Парковка платная 13 € (дорого). Питание (меню) как везде в Болгарии мясо, рыба, овощи, фрукты, кондитерка, но повара нужно сменить. Невкусно. Алкоголь нормальный если просить наливать в коктейль чуть больше рома или водки. Кофе хороший. Люди кормят чаек, поэтому на террасе их очень много, воруют прям с тарелок. Персонал приветливый, русскоговорящий. Постояльцы - украинцы, молдоване, болгары. В сезон мы бы не вернулись. Думаю на пляже очень шумно т.к. рядом надувные горки и бассейн. В целом неплохо.

We were and we are still disappointed with this hotel. My friends recommended this hotel to us, because they were there in the middle of July last year. I don't know what happened, but the pictures that my friends showed me of the food was totally different from what we experienced this June. Last year, there were more opportunities for entertainment (E.g: Possibility of dancing in the evenings). The hotel was boring. There was very little variety of food and they run out of food very quickly despite beeing UAL service. The quality of the drinks was extremely poor , the soft drinks and the alcoholic drinks too. The first problem was in the check-in, because we had to wait at least half an hour, and they couldn't find our rooms, because we booked two rooms on two different websites, one for us and one for my parents under the same name. They couldn't handle this problem, for three days. In our room some kind of water was dropping from the ceiling onto our bed. I informed the receptionist about this problem and nothing happened. I would have expected to get beach towels beeing an UAL hotel. But we didn't get any. The barmen were kind, but they unfortunatelly didn't speak English (except the young guy). The hotel was very clean, but I can't mentioned any more positive things. I don't know what could be the reason for big difference between the two years of service. I recommended that if there really is such a big difference between the pre-season and the main season (I don't know how much the end of June counts as preseason,) they indicate in our their website or other information platforms. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectation.

The hotel is very well located. It's right on the beach, but also very close to the resort's points of interest. Its location gets a 10 out of 10. You can step out onto the beach from the hotel, and the resort center is just a 2-minute walk away. The beach is extremely clean and beautiful, well-maintained as always. We had a room with a sea view, situated at the corner of the hotel, so we had a view in two directions towards the sea - a superb view at any time of the day. The room was clean, adequately furnished, with a flat-screen TV, and a spacious room and balcony. Decent refrigerator. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work during our stay. It would stop after 25 seconds of starting and only worked in fan mode, not blowing cold air. We notified the hotel staff, and after 2 days, a team came to dismantle the ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit and work on it. After about an hour of their efforts, they finished, but the air conditioning still functioned the same, unfortunately. After another 2 days (this was on day 4 out of our 8-day stay), unannounced maintenance personnel came again and started working on the air conditioning. They entered the room without knocking at 8 in the morning. After an hour of 'work,' dismantling and reassembling, they left, but the air conditioning was STILL the same. Personally, it wasn't a big issue for me, but I expected a hotel of this caliber to have a functional air conditioning system, or at least for the maintenance team to have been able to fix it. The animation team was okay, not really impressive. I personally wasn't interested as I came with my girlfriend. Those who came with children seemed to enjoy the animation program, but I can't really comment on that aspect. The activities seemed similar every day except for one themed evening. There was a 'Bulgarian' themed evening where they served honey and various pastries along with brandy. They also had a mascot that tried to entertain the guests, which I found quite charming. The evening continued with Bulgarian dances performed by the animation team, which were interesting to watch. Moving on to the food, it seemed okay to me, but not worthy of being called "premium" all-inclusive. Breakfast had everything you needed – boiled and fried eggs, bacon, milk, coffee, cereal, salads, pastries, desserts, etc. Breakfast was the same every day, but there were plenty of options to combine so you wouldn't get bored. Lunch and dinner mostly had the same types of food with some variations – different soups, chicken, pork, and turkey prepared in various ways, sausages, grilled meat, pasta, natural and fried potatoes, etc. Like breakfast, you could mix and match these items in different ways to keep it interesting. Most of the desserts were mediocre, but they did serve a variety of ice cream flavors during lunch and dinner, which was a plus. Мы с женой отлично отдохнули . Всё было хорошо, номер, обслуживание, еда отличная. Расположение отеля практически на берегу. Бар полная чаша, бармен толковый парень, еда разнообразная, сладкое, фрукты всё визобилии и вкусно, повара молодцы!!! Обслуживание ресторана тоже на хорошем уровне, и коллектива отеля в целом. Рекомендуем.

Drinking - the elderly lady from the cocktail bar what we didn't like - the food (there are not many types of food to choose from, tasteless food, not at all delicious, honestly canteen food) - this spoils the image of the hotel, which is really beautiful and elegant -very bad sweets, as well as tasteless food (I'm a person who loves sweets, but I really couldn't find anything to eat from the table) - parking that must be paid, 20 leva/day A piece of advice if you go there: don't leave your car parked in front of the hotel for even a minute because the local police will come and block your wheels - I parked the car in front of the hotel for about 10 minutes before entering the hotel to ask where we can park and when came out, a wheel was locked...in 10 minutes...very strange anyway, and unlocking the wheels cost us 20 leva...disappointing to give a fine to some tourists...who didn't know that an area marked in blue is the paid parking area... the indicator was a few meters away around the corner... but no... we have to scare away the tourists who step on the threshold of our country a little...dissapointed

Классный отель в классном месте. Замечательный вид на море,практически в получасе езды от аэропорта. Все на высоте. На ресепшене замечательные ребята,во всем помогают. Рекомендую. Вблизи рестораны и развлекательные центры. Можно съездить в Бургас и полюбоваться городом

+location, next to the beach +nice staff +clean +drinks and food are ok +Sunny Beach is interesting city -small pool -no animations, I've seen some for kids but it looked poor Overall good hotel for people who thinks that location is the most important or people who want hotel next to beach and peaceful atmosphere. I'm not sure if it's good hotel if u want to have fun in hotel with group of friends or family. For me it was quite boring, but maybe it's because of COVID, I was in this hotel in August 2020.

Just back from Bulgaria after 2 wks hotel was changed from mercury to viand because of closure. Weren't sure what to expect but was very surprised everything was fine. Hotel viand was 4* but we rate 3* we were all inclusive there was no toaster, sausages (hot dogs) , no ice cream , fried eggs cold , always chicken fish pork , no entertainment nothing major. However the staff were very friendly very helpful drinks were plentiful overall holiday was great hotel situated in close range of pubs and restaurants and very close to ***** . Just a few hiccups but generally overall perfect holiday.
