Paid for rooms with breakfast but 1 one the days I went down there were no breakfast service in the hall. Was told to order and they will send it up. End up my breakfast never came and I had to call and complain but the lady over the phone just hanged up on me. Last time patronising this hotel

服務：前臺沒有中文服務 還行吧

房間很不錯，就是提醒一點，烏蘭巴托很堵，趕機場要多預留很多時間才好

Lage top. Highlights zu Fu? gut erreichbar. Gute Restaurants in der n?heren Umgebung. Hotel eher 4 Sterne, aber insgesamt positiv

Amazing staff, front desk went out of their way to help us contact the airport to get our lost luggage sorted. breakfast space was modern and open, good food options and a lovely clean atmosphere

Front desk staff were understanding and offered to waiver when they realised a mistake made on their end. Appreciate the good gesture.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful . My special commendation to the front desk staff Mr. Arimi. He went to extra length to help me locate a pharmacy with the medicine available to my need .
