Good location if for a short visit.

It is at a good location. Within walking distance to all local fashion and lots of eateries. Great to have a drugstore beside it. The cafe has really good kaya butter toast and teh tarik. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Front office also called to confirm things that were meant to be thrown. Only downside was our room didnt have a fridge, the toilet has a bit of smell (bearable) and the bath mat and towels have some stains and were a bit frayed and jaded. But overall had a wonderful stay. Will come again and stay

Nice hotel with so many shops around the corner, got upgrade for bigger room with balcony, nice staff and very helpful always smile

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Hay Bandung. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price is definitely more affordable compared to hotels in Malaysia. I didn’t take the breakfast package, but it wasn’t an issue since there are plenty of cafes within walking distance around the hotel. Great location and value for money!

Very good boutique hotel, comfortable beds with good service. The restaurant / Cafe on the other hand needs a lot of work, the coffee tasted like water. So many good coffee beans available in Indonesia, not sure why they use the cheap ones.

I've had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hay Hotel Bandung not once, but twice! ?? And let me tell you, both times were just amazing! ?? The staff? Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew ??. They really made me feel at home ??. I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill ??. And, bonus! ?? There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies ???. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over ??. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect ??. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots ?????. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ??. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! ?? 5/5 stars ??????????

Hotel ok, sempat takut karena bbrp review mengatakan kotor. Overal ok aja, ranjang nyaman, linen bukan standart bintang 4/5. Breakfast Ok. Lokasi nyaman. Semua ok aja, di kamar tdk ada kulkas ya
