  • Guest：If heaven were a hotel the Jay would be that hotel. The staff were amazing, incredibly accomodating, and had very quick service! While I did not have the chance to try their ‘Third Floor’ restaurant, I heard people in the lobby raving about it. When I arrived to my room, I had a beautiful king sized bed with a skyline view. The only complaint I’d have was the pricing for the alcohol and market bar. (You’d be better off bringing your own snacks and beverages). The robes they provide for your stay are cozy and very comfortable! I had only one overall issue with the hotel that I won’t disclose out of the respect of them accomodating me to half off of my overnight valet. Another thing to add, the parking garages near by close after a certain time, kind of forcing you to either park on the street or pay for the valet service they provide. Overall, the Jay was a wonderful experience. I will be back!
  • Guest：Excellent choice, loved the location loved the design. The service was just perfect. This place is highly recommended.
  • Guest：Overall, the hotel stay was standard. We loved that the hotel was central and clean. Unfortunately, our room was next to the elevator so we constantly heard the elevator passing. In addition, the staff was very stoic and not very personable. We had issues with being double charged for parking and had to go through multiple staff members to get it corrected. I would probably opt to stay at another Marriott property for our next visit to San Francisco.
  • Guest：I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and I definitely didn’t get what I paid for.
