Room condition is very poor, extremely unclean. Faulty noisy air conditioner, broken toilet buttons. Shower rose faulty and difficult to use. Bedding old and stained and needs replacing. Fridge missing shelving in fridge and door and was freezing up. Full size ironing board needed. Walls filthy and behind doors filthy.

Excellent location, very clean but the property needs some renovation. We had a great time.

Location is amazing - right on Hastings St across from the beach with a great cafe below. No reception though, and facilities are basic with no pool, minibar, etc. Our fan was very creaky/loud and shower leaking, but if you want basic accommodation in a great spot at a reasonable price, this is it.

Great value for the price - yes small room and bathroom - but all you need for a night or few. Great location

The place needs a good tidy up, walls fresh paint, new fridge, new bathroom vanity. Blinds dont meet so let in light and a bit tatty. Needs some love from the owners. On positive side bed was ok and clean. Good price for location, so handy to be able to walk straight onto Hastings st.

A localiza??o é perfeita, quarto limpo, simples mas bem arrumado, fui bem atendida pelo Luis que me recebeu muito bem. Só n?o fui bem atendida no restaurante que fica na frente do Hotel que faz parte dele. Mas a acomoda??o recomendo.

On booking, the payment was taken instantly although my booking was a pay on arrival arrangement. Unable to book car park at time of booking so contacted them to ask about my payment and a park however had no response unsure if message didn’t go through via ‘contact the property’. Day of check in informed no parks available. Room unimpressive. Shower door opens on either the toilet or in the shower stream. The tiles in shower are very grubby. The doona on the awful bed was not covered so the old stains are unfortunately visible. The AC unit looks like it’s never been cleaned and is the loudest AC I’ve ever tried to sleep near. The chair next to bed was stained which doesn’t help to feel the room is clean. The door may be heavy however the issue is that the key is extremely difficult to get in the right position to be able to turn and unlock! It’s one of those ‘hold your tongue out and stand on one leg whilst squinting’ to get just in the right position type things. The carport (which is numbered the number of the room we stayed in and is directly beneath the apartment) which was apparently booked by someone else staying elsewhere, smelt like an ash tray and on leaving I saw a put out cigarette on the ground. Funny there’s a fee for having smoked there yet the place smells like cigarette already. These apartments really feel like a cheap emergency side of the road hotel and I would recommend to anyone to pay another $100-200 to stay somewhere decent!

Nothing unique. Bed uncomfortable thin worn out mattress springs hurt. No fly screens. Air conditioner didn't work, staff notified but didn't fix. Floors were filthy! Minimal housekeeping two new towels provided. Maintenance required power point came halfway out of the wall when pulling out hairdryer. Kitchen underneath the room, noise from staff early in the morning and in the evening. No bedside reading lights. Very basic for a very high price.

Postion position position, great for a couple of nights for us. Close to everything

Air con unit leaks (dripping constantly), the TV remote does not work, roller blinds are mouldy. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Service was non existent and all done via text message.
