  • Guest：quiet room, clean room. hot shower. green scenery. able to relax. the thing that need to improve is, to inform to all guests / residents early / advance on food need to bring along before check-in for early preparations. even you have put sign of no smoking even, some people to stubborn smoking and no management were doing any action. even cctv were installed.

This made it super convenient for us to start our early morning trek without rushing. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the peaceful setting, away from the busy tourist areas. Perfect for nature lovers who want to be close to Mount Kinabalu.
  • Guest：One of the highlights of staying at J Residence was the breathtaking view from our balcony. Every morning, we woke up to mist-covered mountains and lush greenery. It was such a refreshing experience, unlike anything you’d get in the city. The room itself was cozy and clean, and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely a place worth visiting!
