Guest：Room was clean, the staff was nice. The pool and hot tub was open in winter. The downside is the floor is very thin, and you can hear every foot step from above.
Guest：Room was clean and spacious. Location is convenient. Coffee is served in the rec room. Neither of the heaters in our room worked but staff was helpful and stopped by quickly to mitigate the issue.
Guest：We had a great experience. We got the corner room which had a huge balcony, and also a small balcony attached to the master bedroom. If we have to nitpick, one issue we did run into was with the thermostat. They have these super old school analog thermostats which work differently based on room size. The master bedroom is too sensitive and gets extremely hot for the same setting in the living room. Our 3 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night because of the room getting too hot. I think digital thermostats come super cheap these days, so they should invest in replacing these analog ones in all the rooms. Apart from that, we had an awesome stay, but probably wont be back until they replace the thermostats.
