房间非常之旧 门板松动 肉眼可见的陈旧和不衞生。只是标榜加拿大人运营但标准上不去有什么用？还收了250加币按金！！两周没退还！大家避雷这个品牌

The hotel is currently under renovations - so that is hopeful. However, I don’t think they should attempt to remain open in the interim. The place was dirty, smelly, loud, and chaotic. There was black mold all around our tub, and mysterious stains on the tile floor and door. The bedding was clean at least. They should be offering heavy discounts for travellers staying there right now. We pairs nearly $300 for the night and it was not worth more than half that.

地理位置很好，周围吃饭的地方很多，离湖边也很近，就是酒店比较老旧用的窗机，开空调的话噪音很大

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Gr?sse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well.
It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
