Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean! Sure... a little outdated... but you get what you pay for. The pool and hot tub and gym were great. Breakfast with the most smiley lady! Nothing negative here except angry people reviews!

The room and basic amenities were fine for a budget friendly family trip.The hotel lobby sometimes smelled overwhelmingly like axe body spray, which wasn't fun. Our room was clean. Housekeeping never came to pickup our trash or refresh towels or make the beds. I know they are only scheduled for every other day, but on a three night stay, the room should have had at least one refresh. Breakfast was okay, not so many choices for vegetarians.

Great stay! Staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Room was clean, pool and hot tub too. A large breakfast each morning. Will book again if we are in town!

The room was very spacious but it had no clock. The tv was in an awkward spot. Housekeeping never came to our room so our garbage piled up. The key card kept on canceling us out so 3 out 4 days we had to go to the front desk to get new key cards. The staff was great..The breakfast satff was exceptional. Front desk staff also was exceptional.

Room was spacious and clean. We needed extra sheets and they were at our door within minutes. Pool was fun for the kids.

Very clean room, staff at front desk were very courteous. Amenities - great. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything was perfection: professional, accommodating staff; huge, spotless room; spacious, comfortable bed; gorgeous pool and spa, at perfect temperatures and pH; amazing breakfast with so, so nany hot and cold choices; and located right in the midst of everything for rest access to dining, entertainment, and historical sites. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Overall a great stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Hot tub was excellent. The pool was big enough. Staff was very nice. Cleanliness was good but not excellent. And the smell of **** in the hallway was not the most pleasant

Air conditioner/heater was noisy. I had to turn it off to sleep. The room was clean and spacious.
