  • Guest：The great thing about this hotel is the location and friendliness of staff. It’s close to everything downtown and the staff were all very friendly. I liked the aesthetic in the lobby, as well as the various games available to play. However, the room was a bit disappointing. There was no place to put our belongings down, (no tables except for the nightstand). We just had everything on the floor. We also didn’t get a scoop chair like the pictures. It was just a metal folding chair that hung on the wall. There were 3 lamps in the room, and only 1 was working. The recessed lighting in the ceiling also stopped working after one night. There weren't any bags in what we assumed was the trash can, and there were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. We were only there for two nights, so we just dealt with it. The bed was also really firm. The building is pretty old, so be aware that the elevators can be a little rickety. We also heard really loud banging in the walls several times during our stay. I don’t think we would stay there again, unfortunately.
  • Guest：Bar was out of all our personal drink options…like Chardonnay. Bar had no wine glasses. Bartenders were AMAZING though! Room thermostat did not work, we asked for maintenance to come fix it, they never did. We froze! Location was good to the French quarter about 5-7min walk

  • Guest：The location is great, and the state was overall OK. The caveat is, downtown was fully booked, my AC was not working. Trip.com help facilitate the process of moving to another room, but it took me two days so it was initially unpleasant. ?
