Perfect location and very reasonably priced. The apartment was clean, clutter free whilst having everything you could need. A lovely view of the river. Communication was quick and easy and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Would recommend.

Liked where it was situated. Needed instructions on how to use the washing machine/dryer. There was no batteries in tv remote had to go buy some. Wasn’t worth the money paid.

We had appt 104 that was directly over a popular laneway( not stated ) very noisy plus also had service trucks from 05:00 am. So if it’s a relaxing stay you are wanting, this is not the place. Also tiny balcony and bathroom were very dirty.

I was on the seconda floor. There were trucks picking up recycling on both mornings betwee 3-5am

We had an amazing stay at Flinders Street apartments. The owners truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. They were incredibly helpful with our luggage storage, making our travel experience so much smoother. Their dedication to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming stay. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

We had a good time staying in the apartment. Retrieving of key into the apartment was smooth and easy. Comfortable and utensils are available for cooking. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Easy access to places as the tram station is just in front and Flinders Street Station is just a few mins walk away.
The only issue was noise as we were allocated at level 2, near to the back street of the eateries. Fairly noisy during the wee hours as vehicles were into the back street, either loading or unloading.

非常棒！位置简直完美，不行可以去大教堂、火车站，非常墨尔本中心区；房间明亮乾净，设备齐全，我和女儿两个人独自旅行，社区安全第一；厨具也有；房间也很大；很满意。但是行李超过2点不能寄存，建议大家可以存到博物馆或者图书馆，免费。入住是自助式，给个图片和密码自己去拿钥匙，国外都喜欢这样，我们觉得很方便。

Not having a reception area was unique, but the manager was very responsive and made bag drop off and check in easy. Check out was also simple.
