All good for the price, except the House Keeping is very very lazy and should be sacked. Didn’t clean the room for 4 days and only change towels and nothing else. Staff is good, but Never had a House Keeping this very irresponsible, lazy and want to discredit the Hotel. Sad ??

非常差的体验。这个酒店可能是我通过携程订过的海外酒店最差的，没有之一。周六到的，房间门口都是白色垃圾。晚上跟前台説了。周日一天也没人打扫。房间里也没人打扫，毛巾也没换。晚上跟前台要了毛巾。周一打扫了，但似乎没有用吸尘器。可能是羽绒被有破洞，房间里都是羽绒和絮状物。
建议携程取消该酒店为协议酒店！

cost benefit ratio of this hotel is quite on point. I choose it every time I visit Essen.

酒店位置离主火车站有点远，坐了一站地铁，然后步行10-15分钟。房间内部还蛮乾净的。装修是工业风，也较新。早餐很划算，10欧一位已经算是最便宜的了。

性价比非常高，在市区中心，旁边是大商场，dm，resmann等，埃森大学和主要景点在旁边。
早餐丰富，服务热情，房间虽小，景色很好，安静舒适。

性价比还可以，早餐很不错，便宜，咖啡特别好，在别的星级酒店都享受不到这么好喝的卡布奇诺咖啡，因为咖啡机好

Ein Hotel in einem “Mehrfamilienwohnhaus” von dem Look her, mit kleinen Zimmern und noch kleineren Badezimmern. Soweit ist aber alles sauber und allem im allem ein solides Hotel.
