We don't often go places but if we do we always look for a Premier Inn. Never had a bad experience, at least the only issues have ever been caused by other inconsiderate guests. This time we arrived unaware that our rooms were not just far apart but in a separate building! However we didn't even have to ask before this was quickly fixed by Rosie at check in. Amazing staff. And not forgetting Gill who also helped us on arrival. Would definitely stay there again.

2nd time using this hotel would have no hesitation in using again was perfect for what we needed thank you to all staff who were all very pleasant and helpful

Everything was very good apart from the noise from the ceiling fan I turned it off but it kept coming on all night! Very annoying!

Great value and the restaurant attached served really nice food the staff in both were friendly and efficient and it is located not too far from the shops

Great place to stay plus rooms are great Reception staff are friendly and welcoming Amelia and the team in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble Overall a nice experience

Amazing stay, lady on reception could not have been more helpful, room was lovely and warm, room was lovely and clean, was like a home from home! Will be back

The lower floor smelt awful of mould when we were given our room it hit us as soon as we opened the door! Black mould in corner of room and around window bed base mouldy . Staff quickly gave us a bedroom on 1st floor that was a lot better. The rooms will not go below 19? sadly which as a family I’m 1 room with no opening windows proved to hot to sleep we were awake most the night. Staff kind and helpful. Restaurant didn’t come across well we were going to eat but left quickly

This hotel is in a great location it’s got decent disabled parking but for me personally the hotel didn’t meet my expectations I had contacted before I arrived. The accessible team who i ask for extra pillows and towels to be put into my room as I am a disabled person and have to have the extra towels to be put down in the bathroom, so I don’t slip when I shower, but when I arrived, they hadn’t been put into my room the hotel itself is very noisy. The people in the bedroom above us would only be walking around but it sounded downstairs like a herd of elephants which one evening went onto 1.30 am also when I arrived at the hotel I parked in a disabled spot opened the car door so my wife could get the wheelchair to the car and was verbally abused by a local Taxi company who wanted me to shut the door so he could reverse when my wife told him that he would have to wait till he got into the wheelchair. He gave a mouthful of hatred to us which when I entered the hotel, I asked Joseph the gentleman in charge of the counter to have a look on the CCTV to find out the company name of the Taxi so I could phone the Taxi company. I asked Joseph on three separate occasions which he told me that he’s been very busy that’s fine but please don’t forget before you go home. I was there for two nights. Never got the phone number. Never did what I asked him to do and when I checked out he checked us out never said a word very unhappy with some of the staff at this hotel not doing their job properly I also phoned ahead of my stay to book an evening meal and breakfast next morning and told the gentleman that picked up the phone that I was disabled and II’m in a wheelchair and could be put somewhere that’s quite spacious to move the wheelchair around the restaurants reservations were booked but there was not told anything about a disabled wheelchair user only to find out that the person that booked the tables was also Joseph so I’d say on this occasion, Joseph has let the whole team down

We stayed here before heading to Alton towers! Quick check in to get our room key! Clean hotel and room! Very friendly and helpful staff! Anything we needed they got/helped us with! Would definitely be back! Beds are so comfortable!

Great to have free parking. Always a nice welcome. Would prefer a shower than a bath and it saves water!. The baths are too high to safely get into and out of. Breakfast are always great with plenty of choice.
