The good : -Very good location. It also felt very safe inside the locked gates. -Dogs are welcome. And some greenery around suitable for a quick morning walk. -The swimming pool. -Great view of the sea and Gibraltar from the balcony. -Washing machines and dryers on site. The bad: -Upon entering the room, there was a stuffy, unpleasant smell. On the dinner table, there was a broken door and its screws...? -Noisy. We stayed here in the low season, and not many apartments were occupied. Still, it was rather noisy. When the lady in the apartment next to us was on her balcony smoking and on the phone, we could hear every word, and the smoke came into our apartment. I can't imagine what it's like if all apartments were occupied around us. Also, when people were shouting in the swimming pool or just passing by outside talking, you could hear everything. I would recommend bringing earplugs. -No light in the kitchen. It was pretty dark when cooking. -The dishwasher didn't clean well. There was still food on the plates after washing. -The floor was ice cold. We bought slippers to be comfortable. -Outside lighting varied from poor to non existent. To go to our apartment (building 7), you need to go down 3 flights of stairs. It was quite hazardous to walk in the stairs at night. A flashlight is needed. -No electrical outlet beside the bed (only on one side). Conclusion: All in all, we did have a good stay here. But I wouldn't dear go back in the high season.

Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but safe to park outside on road so did that. Apartment very private with own patio and garden area to relax in. Quite spooky returning late at night as so quiet and no lights in apartment block. Free Wifi. Link to messaging service with Reception but none of my enquiries were ever answered so easier to just walk to reception and ask! Easy access to main road and short drive to nearest beach - beach in Manilva itself ( Dequesa) was excellent and nice and quiet too. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely break Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access!

Foram umas excelentes férias de 10 dias, mas uma ressalva para a limpeza que nesse período n?o fizeram uma única vez a trocar das camas e das toalhas de banho. O hotel já apresenta consideráveis necessidades de manuten??o, móveis degradados e falta de material essencial na cozinha. Fora isto, o sítio, a zona é muito boa, o staff é super simpático e fazem imensas atividades.

You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune. Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning though

Mon séjour était agréable avec une vue extraordinaire sur Gibraltar La demi-pension est correcte sans plus Les deux piscine sont bien C’est la troisième fois que je viens, les chambres sont spacieuses. Par contre les parties communes ont besoin de rénovation.

Worn down Worn down resort with small pool and too few sunbeds and umbrellas to cover the number of guests. Very hard beds. On the bright side very friendly and helpful staff!

Расположение неудобное, до моря далеко, отель находится где-то на пригорке. Старые номера, завтраки и ужины представлены множеством блюд, большую часть из которых невозможно есть. Бассейн открывается с 10:00 ( как и везде в Испании), за минут 40 перед калиткой начинает формироваться очередь занять лежаки. Ужасный бассейн. Берут депозит непонятно зачем, в номере мини-бара и чего-то ценного нет). Короче говоря впечатление не особо приятное. Не рекомендую. Ценник для такого чересчур высокий. Мы взяли, т.к. надо было забронировать на одну ночь.

El apartamento está muy bien, y las vistas al mar, espectaculares. Jardines bonitos, muy bien cuidados. La cocina escasa en cuanto a utensilios, no hay tostador ni papel aunque sea de cortesía. El secador de pelo hay que pedirlo en recepción. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que no hacen respetar sus propias normas, me explico, hay una piscina para mayores de 16 a?os la cual se supone destinada a personas que buscan tranquilidad. Pues estaba llenita de ni?os con sus papas y nadie lo impidió...todos los dias de la estancia. Si buscas 'relax' quizá no sea el mejor destino.
