  • Guest：Clean and quiet hotel, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great location - short walk to rail station and with 24 hour convenience store nearby

  • Guest：The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.
