The hosts are just amazing and very cooperative. The boat house has all deluxe rooms with wonderful service. This was the best boat house experience. Everything was perfect. Would love to visit again.

House boat was so clean and tidy People were so kind and loving I went with my 2 small kids and did not face any difficulties for their food as they left us to cook seperately for kids They provided milk for my 3 yrs old baby With 2 babies I felt like home atmosphere Overall the experience was awesome

We spent an afternoon and overnight at this beautiful old houseboat with its opulent and tasteful interiors showcasing some of the best of Kashmiri handicrafts in its furnishings and furniture. The Nigeen lake was quiet and beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset and sunrise on the lake. Tariq took good care of us and it was a pleasure to meet the owner Mr Riyaz and have a brief chat with him. Would have loved to spend more time and really enjoy this treasure of a houseboat; the living room is perfect for a quiet morning with a good book. The food was simple, home cooked, and tasty. We are definitely coming back.

Really obliged with their hospitality and specially Shaukat bhai’s friendly behaviour towards us is really overwhelming He stood up on every call and said tell me I’ll do it and get on the work done right on time Their food is also good feels like home made

This Houseboat gives you a great experience. Warm host, especially Shaukat, hot food, good room with soft bed, made our stay and experience a memorable one. Coming back soon here for a great accommodation and stay. Loved the way they serve..

Food was good. Service was quick, Mr. Tariq treated us nicely. There was heater arrangement in common area. Heating AC was provided in room. Hot water in bathroom was available 2 times morning and evening 7 o clock. Thankyou .. Came here from malang tours.

Very good hospitality. Excellent staff - Showkat bhai. Showkat bhai was very friendly and supportive. Perfect food. Breakfast was awesome. Candle lite dinner was excellent. Room temperature was good.boat location was perfect. Lake facing view was excellent.

We stayed 01 Night in Insha Allah housebaot ,the view from the room was awesome .The staff ,food everything was excellent, only problem if you open the window the mosqitos come inside .The Owner Mr Riyaz is very humble . Overall it was very good experience
