Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 3; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 As soon as you enter the apartment, a pretty little equipped kitchen is available to you. Convenient for preparing a hot drink or enjoying a good homemade meal. You will then be welcomed into the main room where you will find a large double bed, a comfortable armchair, a flat-screen television, and a table for taking meals. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. The apartment is circular. The bathroom (shower, Wc) is adjacent to the 2 bedrooms. A washing machine will also be at your disposal (provide detergent and fabric softener) The visit continues with a large bedroom (King Size bed). You will find a wardrobe and an office space. Finally there is another small bedroom with 2 single beds. ## Access You will have access to the entire accommodation (44m2) ## Neighborhood Well served by public transport, the apartment is located 500m from the Métro Mairie d'Ivry (line 7) and the train Rer C Ivry (direct to reach Orly airport, Notre Dame, the Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower...) Just at the foot of Bus 132 which takes you in 5 minutes to the Bibliothèque Fran?ois Mitterrand metro (line 14) which crosses all of Paris. Possibility to park in the street for 4€/day. Free on Sunday. Otherwise, there is an Indigo car park near the Mairie d'Ivry metro station. Note the presence of a bike rental station (Vélib') which is just around the corner. There are also many local shops in the area: supermarket, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries... And if you like to walk, you'll find that a short 15-minute walk will take you to Paris' Chinatown. It will be a pleasure to receive you. Welcome to Paris, the City of Lights!
