Great apartment, clean and spacious. , best location.

Nice looking apt but on weekends music until 5 am
The apartment was nice looking with nice balcony. Beautiful natural lighting, it was huge, with washer and dryer, full kitchen. The beds were soft. The weekend stay the music/party lounge stayed loud until 5 am. The apartment had a mold smell. It was very clean.

Passamos 3 dias dos quais vamos guardar lindas memórias.
Fomos muito bem recebidos e o lugar é simplesmente excelente, passávamos o dia em passeios e ao chegar no quarto era como se chegássemos em casa. No domingo de Páscoa realizamos um delicioso Café da manh? com o grupo de amigos que viajavam conosco e isso só foi possível devido a maravilhosa acomoda??o e prática cozinha que tínhamos a nossos dispor. Obrigada, e quando puder voltaremos!

Excelente hotel, limpeza incansável

I can't speak to the whole building, but the street noise in the room I was in was ridiculously loud. I realize due to the location that some can be expected, but there was absolutely no soundproofing. Very rough night.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The shower was hardly more than a dribble and the shower door wasn’t attached properly, so it didn’t close all the way, thus flooding the bathroom. The TV wasn’t functional, someone had broken the remote in two. My door occasionally didn’t open, even when the lock code was properly entered and flashed green. But otherwise, it was a convenient location and matched the photos.

So, great location, very comfortable apartment. Several clubs downstairs and across the street. Steady thumping until three AM. This is definitely not a hotel. When you arrive you are on your own. The front desk employees are not working for Primera Parada, but do their very best to help guests. Communication with Primera Parada was non existent. We got locked out, because the box on front door's battery died. Tried to contact through **********, the company never got back with us. Again the buildings maintenance came to our rescue. Nice place, just not a hotel.

It was in a perfect area. Everyday different option. To eat from fast food to delicious restaurant all over the place .. walkable every where

Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)
