We stayed one night in July 2025 at this guest house. We had been there before and felt very happy to go back, The breakfast is huge and tasty, the hosts are very helpful and friendly, our room was very comfortable. I like the fact the that The Smitswinkle is right across the road for food and entertainment (check their hours on a weekend, they close early on a Sunday)

Conveniently positioned in town, well appointed! Would recommend the best little guest house. The tables outside the rooms are a lovely touch

The best Guest House I have ever stayed in. I will highly recommend it to anyone. The people were the nicest. Will defnitly visit there again.

We had a lovely night at the Best Little Guest house. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were warm and super clean. Everything that we needed for the night including coffee, sugar, milk. Would be a lovely place to sit outside in summer and listen to the birds.

soms als je bij een gasthuis aankomt en je kijkt dit van buiten kant dan denk je nou nou nu dit nou nou achter demuur was geweldig we waren daar voor 6 nachten ,.vrindelijk , behulpzaam altijd klaar voor de gasten nogmaals hartelijk bedankt voor alles gr rene en mary ann yzerfontein

The hosts are really good people. The place is beautiful and peaceful with all the basic things you need. It us very secure, with and has has backup for Loadshedding so you don’t have to worry. The hosts are friendly and will treat you well.

Das war bis jetzt die aussergew?hlichste Unterkunft die wir bis jetzt hatten. Einfach unwerfend, der Garten, das Zimmer , die M?glichkeit zu Schwimmen zu Jederzeit. Die GastgeberInnen, so zuvorkonnend und hilfsbereit, gaben uns Tipps und reservierten Auf Wunsch in den besten Lokalen, einen Tisch..Wir fühlen uns, sehr sehr willkommen und umsorgt. Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft

This place is a little gem in oudtshoorn , do not pass this place without a visit , close to town , bar an restaurant just across the road. This place has beautiful rooms with their own verandas with chairs and sofas outside where you can sit and read , or take a dip in the pool , we stumbled across this place ! It was absolutely 1st class , the owners couldn’t do enough to make our stay enchanting .

Loved the calmness and homey feel of the place. The owners make you feel like you're a part of the family. Very helpful and caring. The staff were very friendly. I loved that we were able to arrange to have our old dog stay with us. The birds in the garden are stunning. Easy walk to nearby coffee place and restaurant.

After being rerouted by COVID and having to stay at a different place on short notice, a day before our arrival in Oudtshoorn, Best Little Guest House (Beit Shalom) helped us on short notice and also assisted us in storing our meat in a freezer.
