We had a great stay and would definitely give this hotel five stars. We stayed for a couple of days over New Year’s in one of the king rooms and had no complaints at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, and room service being available was a nice bonus. The hotel has a good bar and a convenient little market, which made our stay even easier. The downtown Dallas location was perfect for the event we were attending and made getting around extremely convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.

The room was so nice. Super clean and inviting. The water pressure wasn't as strong as I'd have liked, but it got the job done. The ac was nice and cold but the room did get hot in the middle of the night. It was overall a great stay.

Clean room and nice staff. Internet is slow unless you pay extra. Valet is expensive compared to a free but very inconvenient parking lot.

Clean room, great view but sink water pressure was terrible. It took so long to wash hands brush teeth etc. because there was barely any water pressure or water coming out. Shower water pressure was amazing though. Love that you could get to the Starbucks right through the hotel.

The hotel was fine but the housekeeping was dreadful. We needed to use a pull out and we were handed sheets and told to make it up ourselves. I asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and housekeeping was not able to provide me with a blanket. I had to go down to the front desk to get one. We left the room between 9-11 every morning and returned late every evening to a room that had not been cleaned. I had to find housekeeping to get fresh towels. Overall very disappointing.

I called the front desk 3 days prior to my hotel stay telling them that my friend would be arriving before i would and that I’d like to have the flowers I ordered from FTD placed in our room when they arrived earlier in the day. When I contacted my friend and ask if she saw the roses in the room she told me that they were not in the room. I checked FTD and they noted that “Constance” had received to rose at the front desk. I call the front desk and the night attendant said he neither saw the flowers or heard anything about them. He even checked next door at the Residence inn a they didn’t’t know anything about it. Later that night the front desk attendant must have found them and he delivered them to my friend in our room. The point is that the roses were supposed to be in the room prior to my friend arriving. The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no. I was not given any help with my bags either on arrival or departure. NO I wouldn’t recommend it!!!
