I am currently staying here for 2 nights just to do some riding on the island ready for Challange Peguera 2025. Now, I’m a hotel snob I really am but all I could book was this hotel. And I’m glad I did. The reception staff especially the young lad are exceptional. Nothing at all is too much. I arrived said I was doing some riding and he took an interest, not a fake interest but genuine interest. Today I did 70k and when I returned spent 15m coming back in to the hotel with this chap asking all about the ride. There is a sense of genuine care here. No you’re not going to get 5 star hotel here but this place has 5 star staff. Very quiet at night, Aircon great, shower good bed good breakfast good. You know what, it was perfect. Well done Hostal NEPTUNO, you may not be the most glitzy hotel in Peguera, but your staff and hospitality make you just as equal. Bravo!

Basic hotel in Pegura, clean and comfortable with free wifi and air conditioning which is great! Air con is controlled by a box up high on the wall which was a little annoying when you have to get out of bed to turn it off!! No fridge in the room which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was mostly continental, with a few cooked items such as beans, fried eggs and bacon. I found this a perfect breakfast and the guy working is really friendly and welcoming so are the girls on Reception! The hotel has no pool, which i did already know although other reviews suggest you can use the pool in a nearby hotel, this is not the case unfortunately but it is a few hundred yards to the beach. Location is great for restaurants, shops and bars, pegura is predominantly german visitors and i found everywhere to be friendly with a very chilled vibe, its 10 mins from palma nova and the hotel kindly arranged taxis when needed. Overall the hotel is great for a comfortable basic stay, the only thing that really let it down is the lack of fridge to keeps drinks cold!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff Miriam, Alba, Mark and Chef were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely come back again and can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Avec ma femme, nous sommes allés pour la première fois à Majorque (en city-trip) 5 jours. L'h?tel est très bien, 3*. Emplacement idéal près de la plage, de la promenade, dans une rue commer?ante, idéal pour flaner et y passer du bon temps. Le personnel réception et service de chambre est jeune, très accueillant, gentil et à votre service. Le service de chambre est parfait, rien à redire, petit déjeuner excellent avec un buffet chaud et froid. Nous y étions pour 5 jours, malheureusement, le soir du 3ème jour,ma femme a eu un "petit" accident en face de l'h?tel, direction l'h?pital suivi d'une opération à Palma. Le personnel était au petit soin à l'attente de l'ambulance. Merci à eux ?? Nous prévoyons de retourner à Majorque pour le reste de la visite de l'?le et il est certain que nous retournerons dans cet établissement ?? Muchas Gracias au personnel de l'h?tel et à bient?t ????

Perfect location, lovely clean room, with air con, balcony and view of the sea. Quiet at night, no issues considering the bars and restaurants were busy until late. Had room only option as preference, but staff always polite. Balcony in shade in evening which was perfect for a beer after hot day on the beach. Room cleaned daily.

Couldn’t fault anything. Room was basic and clean, they provided shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was basic but lovely, same staff all hardworking. Local pool was just as nice. Literally on the doorstep of the beach. Decent price and you get what you pay for. Would return in the future.

Muy buena experiencia, sobretodo por el personal Xisca y Miquel, personas resolutivas y motivadas. Da gusto poder hablar con alguien en mallorquín en una zona tan turística. Parecían familia y muy amables. Sin ellos el hostal no vale la pena. ＜3

Der Service freundlich, wie auch vor dem Inhaberwechsel. Die Zimmer wurden nicht immer t?glich gereinigt, worüber man hinwegsehen kann. Was extrem nachgelassen hat, ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, besteht aus zwei verschiedenen Toastsorten und das typische, wei?e Baguettebrot. K?se- und Wurst werden extrem vernachl?ssigt. Das Rührei war tageweise grün und sah bereits unappetitlich aus. Die ehemals vielf?ltige Auswahl an Obst, sucht man vergeblich. Wenn man bucht, sollte man auf das Frühstück im Hotel verzichten und lieber irgendwo im Ort frühstücken. Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen, was eine gewisse Lautst?rke mit sich bringt. Kühlschr?nke vereinzelt auf dem Zimmer gegen Aufpreis 3€ am Tag, ist ebenfalls nicht mehr zeitgem??. Kann man als Service, besonders in den hei?en Sommermonaten, als Inklusivleistung anbieten. Das ehemalig zum Neptuno geh?rende Restaurant, ist jetzt in italienischer Hand. Die Jungs dort, sind sehr freundlich, machen sehr leckere Pasta und Pizza zu moderaten Preisen.

Partie H?tel Emplacement parfait, Chambres correctes pour cette gamme d’h?tels, clim bruyante, Personnel sympa. Partie Restaurant de l’H?tel Déjeuner correct, sans plus Buffet du soir horrible, pas bon et ne donnant aucune envie de manger là. Prévoir budget supplémentaire pour manger ailleurs. Dommage, ce pourrait être un bon plan, car l’h?tel est bien placé, les chambres correctes, mais dans ce cas ne prenez pas de demi pension.... Et méfiez-vous des avis trop positifs.....
