Guest：You read all the negative comments and I have to say they are not true or the Hotel significantly improved their service - very friendly welcome, welcome drink and amazing staff al around. The rooms and the facilities are amazing and considering what is around this place certainly appealed to me 10/10. Don’t get out off by the negativity of some of the earlier comments and go see for yourself!
Guest：Esquisse Hotel in Telavi offers a pleasant stay overall, though I wouldn’t classify it as a full 5-star experience. There are certainly many positives worth mentioning. The staff were outstanding—especially Nana at the reception, who speaks perfect English and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Manager Levon was also attentive and ensured guests felt welcome and looked after. The pool area was a highlight—beautifully maintained and very relaxing. The restaurant serves delicious food for lunch and dinner, with great quality and presentation. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The variety was quite limited and didn’t match the level you’d expect from a 5-star property. This was the main area where the hotel fell short. Overall, Esquisse Hotel has a lot of potential and offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but a few improvements—especially with the breakfast—could really elevate it to the luxury standard it aspires to.

Guest：Beautiful design but that’s about it. It can be called wanna’be high class hotel. For example- we stayed in the suit but there was no tissues box, no bath robe, no kettle in the room, the staff at the restaurant don’t speak English and the highlight- they charge you extra of 13 Lari for espresso in breakfast. Only tasteless percolator coffee is included in the breakfast price
